Minimum Cut-off Scores for AIIMS, 2016

You should score the following minimum marks to qualify the entrance examination conducted for MBBS admission into the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). In other words, the minimum cut-off scores for AIIMS qualification is as follows:

General Category:50%(100 marks out of 200 marks)
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Category:45%(90 marks out of 200 marks)
SC/ ST Category:40%(80 marks out of 200 marks)
OPH Category:The cut-off scores for the respective category he/ she belongs to.

Minimum Cut-off Scores for AIIMS

Only those who score the above minimum cut-off in the Entrance Examination becomes eligible for admission. Please note that they only become eligible or qualified for admission. But, admission is given according to the ranks secured by the qualified candidates. The 672 seats available in the seven AIIMS are filled in the order of the ranks obtained in the Entrance Examination. So, qualifying in the Entrance Examination does not guarantee a seat.

The Percentile Cut-off of qualified candidates in 2016 as per the marks mentioned above is:

Percentile cut-off for UR:96.3166305
Percentile cut-off for OBC:92.6484818
Percentile cut-off for SC/ST:87.0342788

Percentile Score of Candidates Called for 1st Counselling, 2016

Number of candidates called for first round of counselling is four times the number of seats available in each category. The following qualified candidates are called for the first counselling:

NEET-II 2016: Notifications from CBSE
