Its finally here, NEET-II exam is going to be held on 24 July 2016. Its almost 3-4 months since the board exams are over. Its really a long wait.

Checks before leaving for NEET Exam

  1. You should carry the following items to the exam
    • Valid Admit Card
    • Two passport size photographs, one to be affixed on the admit card and the other to be carried in hand
    • Post card size photo affixed on proforma
  2. Check NEET centre location today and ensure to reach your centre on time for the examination. Late entries are not allowed. So, allow for any unforeseen circumstances, like traffic jam or low frequency of buses on Sunday, etc.
  3. Strictly follow dress code
    • Wear light clothes whch cannot be used for hiding any instruments or communication devices
    • Wear half sleeves
    • Do not have big buttons in your dress, or any badge, brooches etc.
    • Avoid shoes; wear slippers or sandals
    • If you are wearing any customary/ religious dresses, reach the centre early for frisking
  4. Do not carry barred items including, but not limited to the following items:
    • Any stationery item like pen, pencil, eraser, calculator, piece of paper, etc.
    • Any communication device like mobile phone, pager, bluetooth, earphones, microphone, etc.
    • Wallet, handbags, belt, cap, etc.
    • Any ornament like ring, ear rings, necklace, pendants, etc.
    • Watch, camera, etc.
    • Any eatable item including water bottle
    • Any other item which could be used for unfair means
  5. Please note that there will be no arrangement for safe keeping of any items at the centre
Finally, do not indulge in any unfair activities. Follow all instructions carefully.

CBSE students incompetent to join Tamil Nadu Medical Colleges?

Do you know? From 2013-2015, NO CBSE candidate was given MBBS admission in any government medical college in Tamil Nadu under the 85% state quota.
